I always say this is the best $12 you can spend on alpaca. These inserts go in your boots to add insulation, keeping your feet warmer in cold temperatures... dryer in warm temperatures. Alpaca wicks away moisture, so these do not need to be removed from season to season. They can be cut to fit but come in sizes Medium, Large, and XL
